Exchanges

  • Barbara McKenzie does not accept refunds.
  • Customers may return clothing for an exchange provided that the exchange is for the same item in different size / colour or variation.
  • Customers may only exchange products bought directly from Barbara McKenzie.
  • Clothing items will be inspected upon return.
  • In the event that the clothing item is marked, worn or damaged, Barbara McKenzie reserves the right to decline the exchange.
  • Clothes that are returned in poor condition will not be accepted for an exchange. 
  • Clothes may only be exchanged within 7 days of purchasing.
  • The customer will incur the courier costs of sending the clothing item back to Barbara McKenzie. 
  • In the event that Barbara McKenzie cannot grant an exchange, the cost of returning the garment will be incurred by the customer.
  • In the event that Barbara McKenzie grants an exchange, Barbara McKenzie will incur the cost of sending a new garment to the customer.
  • In the event that the customer wants a size / colour / variation that is no longer in stock, the purchaser will not be refunded. 
  • In the event that your clothing item as been sold out and is no longer available, you may exchange it for another clothing item of the same value of your purchased clothing item. This includes clothing items bought on 'SALE'.
  • If approved, we will forward your new product to you within 5 - 10 working days.
  • Note that merchandise that has been worn WILL NOT be accepted for an exchange.
